At Diatec group we recognise that while there are many similarities between all AEC sectors when looking at BIM and digital engineering processes, we also understand that there are differences. Some of these differences for Architects are distinct benefits, such as using the 3D model for better client engagement. Other differences are unique challenges, for example BIM at earlier design stage and optioneering stage is a harder process to implement.
