Autodesk software is now fulfilled via download and there are a number of steps involved, including downloading the software, interacting with emails from Autodesk, setting up the user, granting access and activating the license. It is not too complex an operation and instructions will be provided, but many customers run into problems or prefer us to do it. We are happy to provide this as a service for you via remote login to your system. Installation also includes Core Support for 30 days from our install. This cost is for a clean install where there aren’t any access, firewall or speed issues etc., which may cause problems or prevent the license from working. If significant extra work is needed by Diatec to resolve or work around these issues, additional costs will apply at our reduced hourly rate of €75.
